Courses
Beginner VFX
This Course will provide all the basic skills you will need to get started with VFX. First you will learn the Interface of the VFX Software. Then we will be looking at Motion Tracking, Compositing Various Effects and Using Green screen. We will also be working with Rotoscoping and Masking to achieve many practical effects.
Week One
Introduction to VFX software
You will be learning how to use Blender, a Free Open Source Program which can be used for your future projects and Business needs.
Week Two
Motion tracking, compositing, and green screen effects.
You will be learning how to Track stable and moving Video Footage. Compose various practical vfx effects and use green screen footage.
Week Three
Rotoscoping and Masking
Using what we have previously learned in the beginner course with Tracking we can now look at Rotoscoping. By using Masks and tracking we can rotoscope out unwanted objects or change things based on a defined area.
Week Four
Hands-on Project for your Portfolio
You can choose from a number of projects to complete this course and using the skills you have learned, create a final piece of VFX for your Portfolio.
We will also look at some platforms where you can turn to and use your new skills for freelancing work.
